What is a virtual number?
A virtual number is one which is not linked to a physical piece of equipment or phone line. It's simply 'pointed' at a suitable landline so that the calls can be received. The number you 'point' it too can be changed, without the need to change your main number. Back to top
How much does a number cost?
It's £25 to have the number allocated to you and then a monthly charge of £10, payable by DD or credit card. An 0800 number incurs additional call costs based on the numbers of minutes used when customers dial it. Back to top

You just email us and let us know where you want the number pointed to and we access a secure system and change it for you within 24hrs and at no cost to you. Back to top
Can the caller tell that the number is being forwarded?
No. The caller just dials the number as they normally would. There is no delay and they don't hear anything different to a normal call. Back to top
How do I pay for the service?
You pay the initial £25 by credit card. Thereafter, you will receive an electronic invoice at the end of each month. This must be settled by direct debit or credit card, within 14 days. Failure to make payment on time will result in the temporary suspension of your number. Back to top
