At MyRuby our goal is to provide the best telephone reception service in England. That's at our core and the original reason that most clients come to us, however there are a number of ways that the service is enhanced depending on the client.
Our Telephone Reception Service, where we provide the full services of an in house receptionist, except we are not based in your office. It's sometimes referred to as outsourced telephone reception or front office reception.

Our Answering Service, is generally provided for individuals or small teams who work from home or a virtual office. Calls will divert to us when you are unavailable or you just don't want to take the call. For futher details go to our telephone answering service page.
A Virtual PA or Virtual Assistant , encompasses our excellent telephone answering service with additional support. This might include for example management of an online diary (as is the case for many of our medical clients) or taking orders or credit card payments.
