How is the Outsourced Reception Service Delivered ?

Your existing phone system and lines contain programming which allows you to intelligently divert your calls to our receptionist as and when you require. Based on your requirements, we can brief your telecoms or IT provider to simply configure the facility.

So if you decide you need a completely outsourced solution, MyRuby would receive all of your calls and action them accordingly.

Where a support or 'overflow' facility solution is required, the phone system and lines are programmed to transfer the calls to us only when your own lines are engaged or unanswered. A 'hot' button would also allow all calls to be diverted when no in-house cover is available such as lunches or breaks. The caller won't know they are being diverted and they will hear the normal ringing tone.

When that call comes into our system it uses some clever technology to find your Ruby, and 'pops' her screen with your company information. This means she knows the call is for you and is ready to answer it with all of your information on screen.

We answer in your company name and, based on your brief, either take a message (which is immediately dispatched via sms or email) or patch the caller through to you, whether you're on a landline or mobile.
