Answering service from a dedicated Ruby
By providing a friendly and professional answering service to our clients, our Team of Rubys (as they are affectionately known) will ensure you never have to miss an important call again.
Our clients re-direct their calls to us when they either can't, or don't want to take their own calls. We answer in their company name and, based on their brief, either take a message or patch the caller through to them.
How does it work?
To use our answering service you need to be able to divert your existing calls to us. Most telecomms providers and phone systems use a standard set of codes which allow your calls to be diverted as and when you need. You can choose to divert all of your calls to us, or only divert when engaged, or unanswered. If you don't currently have these facilities in place we can normally help you organise them within 48hrs.
We give you a unique 0844 number (BT local call rates) which you use to divert your calls to. The caller won't know they are being diverted and they will hear the normal ringing tone.
When that call comes into our building it uses some clever technology to find your Ruby, and 'pops' her screen with your company information. This means she knows the call is for you and is ready to answer it with all of your information to hand.

their fingertips - and the skills to use it. Our training is based around the NVQ framework for Customer Service,
Call Handling and Supervisory Skills. Only when our staff are thoroughly familiar with MyRuby's software and systems,
and the other Rubys have pronounced her up to standard, will she finally graduate to a be full member of the team.
